If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been created to provide clarity on the process for returning goods and receiving refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order at any time before receiving the Goods. However, if the item/product has already been shipped from Our end, cancellation charges will be applicable, and You will be liable to pay these charges. These charges may vary based on the nature of the product (e.g., height, weight, etc.).

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods (if applicable). For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer only, and You will be required to provide your Beneficiary Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code for this purpose. For other payment methods, we will generally use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, except for applicable cancellation or return shipping charges.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received by You within the last 2 days.

  • The Goods are unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags/labels intact, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Non-Returnable Items

The following Goods cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-stitched products.

  • Clearance sale items.

  • Items purchased under promotional offers.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.

Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Step 1: Register Your Dispute

Timeframe: You must raise a dispute within 2 days of the product delivery.

Please include your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and the reason for the return or exchange.

Returning Goods & Refund Process

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Return the Product

You have two options for returning the product after your dispute has been approved:

  • Self-Courier Return:

    • Ship the product to our warehouse within 2 days of dispute approval.

    • The customer is responsible for paying the self-courier charges.

    • We recommend using India Post or any local courier service.

    • Share Return Details: Email or WhatsApp the courier receipt and tracking number to us.

  • Reverse Pickup (Paid):

    • We can arrange a reverse pickup for a fee of ₹150.

    • This fee will be deducted from your refund amount or can be paid separately by the client who registered the dispute.

Quality Check & Resolution

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it within 48 hours.

If the return/exchange is approved:

  • Exchange: A free replacement will be shipped immediately and Replacement/exchanged products will be delivered within 6-8 days.

  • Refund: A refund will be initiated to your bank account. You will be required to provide your bank details for this purpose.

Refund Process Details

  • Refund Initiation:

    • For reverse pickup returns, the refund is processed once the parcel is picked up from your location.

    • For self-courier returns, the refund is processed once the parcel is delivered to our office address.

  • Timeline: refund will be credited within 3-4 days to the original source of payment method.

  • Refund Method: Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer only. To facilitate this, please provide the following details:

    • Beneficiary Name

    • Account Number

    • IFSC Code

  • Deductions:

    • No refunds will be issued for shipping charges, taxes, or any other extra charges.

    • Only the product amount will be refunded.

  • Alterations: Shipping charges for alterations are borne by the customer.

  • Clearance/Promotional Items: No returns or exchanges are accepted for clearance sale items or products purchased under promotional offers.

  • Legal Jurisdiction: All disputes related to this policy fall under Sitapur jurisdiction courts.

  • Agreement: Placing an order on https://editcloth.shop implies acceptance of this policy.
